Measurements

La Bella Blinds are personalised window coverings made to your window’s specifications. It is most important that the measurements are accurate, so all measurements are taken by a qualified person before any quotes and orders are made.

Fabrics

All fabrics are chosen from swatch samples. These are chosen when the windows are measured so an accurate quote can be given are materials are different in price.

Delivery

Delivery time is about 3 weeks from the time the quote is accepted. Your blinds are delivered and installed on the same day by a qualified blind installer. The day is organised at a day and time to suit you.

Returns and Replacements

Blinds are made according to the measurements and we accept responsibility for incorrect measurements. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once blinds are in production.

All products are fully inspected before despatch, however in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please email us and we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.
